Driver’s License: To rent a car from Aadhya Self Drive car, you must possess a valid driver’s license that is recognized in the country where the rental takes place. An international driver’s license may be required if your license is not in a language recognized by the rental company.
Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent a car from Aadhya Self Drive car is 21 years old. However, drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 may be subject to an additional young driver surcharge.
Booking and Payment: To make a reservation, you will need to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, contact details, and payment information. Aadhya Self Drive car accepts major credit cards for payment, and a security deposit will be required at the time of pickup.
Rental Period: The rental period is calculated in 24-hour increments, starting from the time of vehicle pickup. Late returns may incur additional charges, and returning the car earlier than the agreed-upon time does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the rental period.
Insurance: Aadhya Self Drive car offers comprehensive insurance coverage options to protect against damage, theft, and third-party liability. It is important to carefully review the insurance coverage provided and any associated deductibles or exclusions. You may also have the option to provide your personal car insurance or use a third-party insurance provider.
Fuel Policy: You are required to return the rental vehicle with the same level of fuel as it had at the start of the rental. Alternatively, Aadhya Self Drive car offers a prepaid fuel option where you can pay for a full tank of fuel at the beginning and return the car with an empty tank.
Additional Drivers: Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement; however, they must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver. An additional fee may apply for each additional driver.
Penalties and Fees: Aadhya Self Drive car reserves the right to charge penalties or additional fees for late returns, cancellations, exceeding the allotted mileage, damage to the vehicle, traffic violations, or any other violation of the rental terms and conditions.
Restrictions: Please note that certain restrictions may apply, such as limitations on crossing international borders or driving off-road. It is important to clarify any restrictions with Aadhya Self Drive car prior to renting the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition: Before taking possession of the rental car, carefully inspect it for any pre-existing damage, and ensure that any existing damage is documented in the rental agreement. This will help avoid any disputes regarding responsibility for damage when you return the vehicle.
Reservation Modifications: Any changes or modifications to your reservation, such as extending the rental period, upgrading the vehicle, or adding optional extras, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Usage: The rental vehicle should be used only for personal use or for purposes approved by Aadhya Self Drive car. Engaging in activities such as racing, towing, or carrying hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Uses: The rental vehicle should not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for any illegal activities, or in a manner that violates traffic laws and regulations. Aadhya Self Drive car reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any prohibited use is discovered.
Vehicle Maintenance: It is your responsibility to maintain the rental vehicle in good condition throughout the rental period. This includes regularly checking the vehicle’s fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues or damages to Aadhya Self Drive car promptly.
Roadside Assistance: Aadhya Self Drive car provides 24/7 roadside assistance for emergency situations, such as breakdowns or accidents. Contact details for roadside assistance will be provided at the time of rental.
Cleaning Fee: The rental vehicle should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee to cover the cost of excessive dirt, stains, or odors.
Personal Belongings: Aadhya Self Drive car is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rental vehicle during or after the rental period.
Privacy and Data Protection: Aadhya Self Drive car respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. However, the rental vehicle may be equipped with tracking devices or other technologies for security purposes.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so within the specified cancellation period to avoid any cancellation fees. The cancellation policy and associated fees will be provided at the time of booking.
Force Majeure: Aadhya Self Drive car shall not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
