  5. Refund Processing Time: Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. The duration may vary depending on your financial institution

  6. Early Return: If you decide to return the rental car earlier than the originally scheduled drop-off date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the rental period.

    7. Late Return: In case of a late return, additional charges may apply. Please notify Aadhya SelfDrive in advance if you anticipate being late to avoid any potential issues.

    8. Booking Modification: If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the pick-up or drop-off location, extending the rental period, or upgrading the vehicle, it will be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply based on the modifications made.

Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather conditions or natural disasters that make it unsafe to proceed with the rental, Aadhya SelfDrive reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking. In such cases, customers will be notified, and appropriate arrangements will be made, including a full refund if necessary.
